Coaches lead drills, games, mindset, and " Stop Trying and Start Training for Godliness" lessons. Some coaches focus on academics and leading tutoring and homework help. Camps are six weeks during the summer for 4 hours a day, and the after-school programs run during the school year for two hours a day. Internships are available for youth/urban ministry, education, and other majors.
Coaches games, supervises recess, and teaches lessons on God, Education, Attitude, and Relationships. Provides tutoring and supervises children on trips.
Full-time role that oversees programs and helps develop new initiatives. This person helps recruit, hire, and support staff and volunteers, schedule, train, teach, coach, and develop partnerships with parents and schools. Some fundraising is required to provide for salary and benefits. Has a sense of calling for this type of role and a ministry mindset.
