provides access to East Baltimore County elementary and middle school youth, regardless of family situation, financial circumstances, or transportation needs.

Our mission is holistic and extensive. BYA offers educational, creative arts, and sports-based activities, and life skill lessons to build resilience and an enduring hope for generational change.
Before and After School Program-Sign Up Now, only 5 Spots Left. No contracts. Pickup from home is available in the mornings, including yoga, check-ins, and snacks. Afternoon pickup from school, snacks, a different sports session each day, art, music, homework help, mentoring for relational, emotional, and faith growth, lessons on character, teamwork, and faith formation, archery, roller skating, water games, sports fields, art room, a game room, and more!
It is the Most Affordable and Holistic Program Around! (We don't accept government vouchers)
$200 a month for the Before and After Program, and $100 a month for the After School Program. Register on ProCare.

Gymnastics Girls Age 5-8
Starting the second Wednesday in February. Our small-group instruction (8 per session), led by experienced instructors, creates a context for development. Through individualized, progressive lessons culminating in routines, the girls receive the skills to start their gymnastics journey for $65 for six weeks and receive medals.
Boxing Ages 5-8
Starting the second Wednesday in February, from 6:30-7:30. An experienced trainer leads our small-group instruction (6 per session). This session is for beginners and covers the punches, defense, and footwork needed to take the next step. Includes confidence lessons and inspirational messages. Each student receives a medal. $65 for six sessions.
Teams
Ignite Girls Soccer Team, 7 and 8 years old. (Born 2017 or 2018) Practice starts in March, once a week. Girls receive high-level instruction, mindset development, and faith formation lessons. The team is gearing up to play travel soccer in the fall and will scrimmage travel teams in the spring and summer. (5 spots left) Players must try out at a practice before being selected.
7 V 7 Instructional Flag Football- Ages 5-10, starts in late March on Saturday mornings from 10 AM- 12 for six weeks. Players will receive high-level skills, game management, and play-calling training, the chance to learn different positions, and the opportunity to compete in games. All players receive shirts, medals, mindset, and faith lessons. $70. Two age groups: 5-7 and 8-10, limited to 18 players per group.
